Prominent OSM splash page on MapQuest

I was pleasantly surprised to see a very prominent OpenStreetMap
promotional banner on the Open MapQuest page today. When did this
first pop up?

Excellent promotion, it would be nice to see a more prominent link to the Open MapQuest page from their standard homepage of course.
