License upgrade notice on the OSM wiki

As part of the ongoing OSM data license upgrade, a small notice has
been added at the top of each page on the OSM wiki,
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/

That notice reads Find out more about OpenStreetMap’s upcoming
license change. That notice links to the license change summary
page on the OSM Foundation wiki.

    Hi,Is there a way to translate this message and license change summary page on the OSM Foundation wiki into other languages?

    I think it would be great if the community could translate the summary page on the the OSM wiki. Same for the notice, translations are welcome. I’m told that getting the translated notices to appear may be complicated, so I imagine that instructions for that would be welcome as well.
